• No megas allowed.
• You can have any combination of abilities/moves as long as they aren’t on the restricted lists below.
• No duplicate held items. You can only have 1 of any item on your team.
• Sleep Clause- You can only have 1 of your opponents pokemon asleep at a time.
• Move Clause- No duplicate moves. You can only have 1 of any move on your team. You must have 24 unique moves.
