What is a phase?
A habitat block cycles through its pool's phases, one per in-game day (a 20-minute Minecraft day-night cycle). Phase 1 is active on the first day, phase 2 on the second, and so on — after the last phase it starts over at phase 1. A Pokémon listed under phase 2-4 only appears on days 2, 3 and 4 of the cycle. Wild habitat blocks in freshly generated structures always advance in order (1, 2, 3, …).
How do I know the current phase in-game?
There is no on-screen phase indicator yet. The reliable way: run /time query gametime, then compute (gametime ÷ 24000) % <phase count> + 1 — the result is the active phase (with the default SIMPLE phase order). One Minecraft day is 24,000 ticks (~20 minutes), so phase 25 of this pool activates on the 25th day of the cycle. Wild blocks use SIMPLE order by default.
What is Phase Order?
Each habitat block has a Phase Order setting: SIMPLE cycles phases in numeric order (1, 2, 3, …). FIXED_RANDOM shuffles the sequence, but every block follows the same fixed shuffled order (deterministic per block position). FULL_RANDOM picks a different random phase each day per block. Only with SIMPLE can you compute the current phase from the gametime formula above.
